The UN General Assembly voted on the resolution for a moratorium on the death penalty by 104 votes in favor, 54 against and 29 abstentions . It is an act non-binding but highly moral, useful tool of persuasion for all countries of the world. Now, then, the death penalty comes full agenda of the UN which periodically monitor the phenomenon throughout the world and will examine the steps taken to implement the resolution.
