Kunst Brule 2.0

Santissima dei naufragati
(drinking Penelope)

I post-it. I post-it sono dei foglietti di colored paper or other material, whose main characteristic is to be semi-adhesive and the secondary characteristic which is to be used as a pretext for the exhibition.

The night

Sara Passerini
THE NIGHT
by Giancarlo Norese

from 15 to November 28, 2007
inauguration Thursday, November 15, 2007

One day a friend told me that when that mystery is fully revealed is that in which it is stripped of the veils protect and appears in its naked truth. The night talk like that. Tell routes and stops, meetings and leave, unexpected presences which are crucial to lose consistency and vivid to fade a flash, the possible fates that seem to make the payment to what is present and real.
There is a bed that holds and protects, transparent and misleading, not place of meeting, rarefied transition house. Inside of the characters. There are images that emerge from the darkness, broken from the intrusiveness of a sudden, intense light, there are invisibility unveiled, there are really sharp and impenetrable. The Night oscillate between the veil and reveal. The darkness is uncertain.

Position Amnesty International on abortion

Its adoption was preceded by a two-year international consultation between the National Sections, Groups and members of the association.

Amnesty's position is not for abortion as a right but for the human rights of women who must live free from fear, violence and coercion when dealing with the consequences of rape and other violations of human rights.

The policy adopted will enable the association to deal with specific issues related to abortion, to the extent that they are directly related to the activities of Amnesty International sul diritto alla salute e sulla violenza contro le donne.

Amnesty International pertanto chiederà agli Stati di:

• fornire a uomini e donne informazioni complete riguardanti la salute sessuale e riproduttiva;
• modificare o abrogare le leggi per effetto delle quali le donne possono essere sottoposte a imprigionamento o ad altre sanzioni penali per aver abortito o cercato di abortire;
• garantire che tutte le donne con complicazioni sanitarie derivanti da un aborto abbiano accesso a trattamenti medici adeguati, indipendentemente dal fatto che abbiano abortito legalmente o meno;
• garantire l’accesso a servizi legali e sicuri di aborto a ogni donna la cui gravidanza is due to a rape or incest or when pregnancy poses a risk to his life or his health.

Based on the policy adopted, Amnesty International:

• not carry out campaigns for abortion in general or of a general legalization; •
not judge whether abortion is right or wrong;
• advise you not to individuals to continue or terminate a pregnancy; •
not take the position that a woman should or should not have abortions in the circumstances described above, but will ask the states to ensure the possibility of abortion in a safe and accessible and to prevent serious violations human rights related to the denial of this possibility;
• of course, continue to oppose coercive population control measures such as forced sterilization and abortion.

The Council of Europe report on CIA covert operations in Europe

Punto Einaudi, Barletta
ore 19.00

In questi anni stiamo assistendo alla erosione dei principi della Dichiarazione Universale dei Diritti Umani mascherata da lotta on terror: if it is right to fight terrorism, not be appropriate to other terror terror.
There will be no peace, there will be no security without respect for human rights.

What Do The Bars On A Letterman Jacket Mean

Saturday 26 and Sunday, May 27, in the streets of major Italian cities, thousands of members and members of Amnesty International will take part in the second edition of the day of activation.

initiative's main goal is to promote active participation in Amnesty International, inviting people already registered and those who subscribe or come close association over the weekend, to undertake concrete steps to give more impact of the campaigns of the main global movement defending human rights.

Group 180 of Amnesty International will :

Saturday 10-13.30 26 hours in Margherita di Savoia, Piazza Libertà ;
10-13.30 27 hours Sunday in Bisceglie, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele.

Enclosed Thank You Letter

Invisibles, a year after

Every year hundreds of children arrive in Italy through the Mediterranean in small boats insecure, with larger groups of adults, fleeing from violence and poverty. They are mainly children who travel into the arms of parents asylum seekers from countries of East Africa, and adolescents themselves, mostly from North Africa and the Middle East.

Upon arrival, Italy takes them several days in detention centers for migrants, in defiance of international norms, for which the detention of minors is an exceptional measure to be applied only in extreme cases.

The campaign "Invisible" enters its second year of operation, with the objective to get practice and rules for the detention of children at the border is fully in line with international standards on human rights, which, in many ways, they are still far away.

The group will hold a table 180 of Amnesty Sunday, April 22 to gather signatures from 10 to 13 and from 19 to 22 in C.so Vittorio Emanuele in Barletta, calling on the government policy that protects the rights of migrant children arriving in our country.

Help us break the silence and protect them!
